First Stop: Eleuthera

eleuthera
Pink sand in Eleuthera.
I have wanted to visit Eleuthera for the longest time. It was The Bahamas’ first seat of government, before Nassau took over. It is famous for its pink sand beaches. I’m looking forward to some fresh island cooking. Cracked conch, peas and rice and other Bahamian specialties are making my mouth water.
